Buying a home is exciting—but it`s also one of the biggest financial decisions most people will ever make.
While every situation is different, there are a few things I rarely recommend buyers waive without fully understanding the risks.
🏡 A home inspection gives you valuable information about the home you`re purchasing.
🚶 A final walkthrough is your opportunity to confirm the property is in the condition you agreed to before signing the final paperwork.
📄 HOA documents can reveal important details about monthly dues, restrictions, rental policies, and potential special assessments that could affect your lifestyle.
💰 And if the seller will remain in the home after closing, I always recommend discussing a damage escrow to help protect my buyers.
A strong offer isn`t just about winning the house: it`s about making informed decisions that protect you along the way.
